I just installed new front rotors and pads last week after feeling heavy vibration while braking.
The front pads were almost done but the back have lots of life. I am still getting vibration.

Could anyone point out if I would be feeling it from the back end? I jacked the rear and turned the wheels with only a slight warp being seen. I replaced the front with cross drill rotors and they turn without any warp being felt when jacked up. They do have some drag while tuning by hand. Is that normal?

I thought I could save some $'s but not seeing the results. Should the rears be changed even with a slight warp on both sides?

A slight warp can cause the vibration. I would go ahead and change them and get them turned. Also make sure your not over torquing your lugnuts that can cause the vibration and it can warp your rotors.

I have followed the proper procedure for tighning lugs. I use an impact with 100 lb torque stick, that way it stops at 100 lbs. I hate to throw parts out that have hardly any wear at 48000km the rears are shot? Something was not designed right at GM.
