Like Bio said, you need either WD40 or some type of silicone spray to help with the process. The toughest part is getting the rubber hump in the middle to pop out. I used a very long bladed screw driver to get under the hump in the middle of the stock rubber mount and then lifted it up and out. Its a PITA no doubt, but its not hard to do.

Cutting them out is an option too, but its gonna take several good cuts to get to where it will fall out. I would just recommend the WD40/Screw driver method if you are not good with knives

The new Polymounts are easy to get in. They dont have that hump that the stockers have. You will see what I mean when you get the first one out. The only thing on the Polymounts is that there is a certain way you have to mount them in to fit correctly.

The picture below shows exactly how they should line up with the metal part of the motormount.



The cut in the Polymount has to match up with the cut in the metal part of the mount to seat properly. Just thought I would point that out for ya
