FIXED. So i got my hands on a pair of swaybar lateral locks, put the rear of the car on ramps this morning and loosened up the swaybar bushing clamps. Using a small prybar between the swaybar and the strut I gently shifted the swaybar and had just enough room to put one of the locks between the existing nub and the bushing. Not only did it stop the rubbing, but now my swaybar is evened out on Both sides. Problem solved.
