I have an aftermarket single din flip up DVD player that I want to put in my 04 comp g. My vehicle has a 6 disc CD player with the monsoon system and steering wheel controls

My question is does anyone know the part numbers of the wiring harness I would need and also the piece for the steering wheel controls?

Then I would like to know if there is any weird wiring I would need to do so the factory amp would work with the aftermarket DVD player?

Thanks, let me know if u need anymore info

That's the harness you'll need to retain onstar and more important to keep the stock monsoon system working correct.

Besides that you'll need a dash kit

    Antenna adapter

Steering wheel module (to keep steering wheel controls) will depend on the brand and type of CD player that your throwing in there

Why do I need to keep OnStar? What happens if I don't keep it?

You don't have too.. But that's going to be kept with that harness... More importantly the harness allows you to keep using the stock monsoon amp
