    all i do is span the board across the two pans, un bolt the dog bones, remove the 4 bolts to what ever mount your changing, and jack the engine up. you'll want to jack the side your working on of course, dont try to lift the whole engine up.

    once its high enough to get the mount out dont be surprised if you need to go higher to get the new mount in.
