It's a 2008 Grand Prix......Sometimes I get out of my car my radio will stop playing music. When I get out of the drivers seat its like there is a switch in the seat that says "hey this guy got out of the vehicle so lets stop playing the music" The radio doesn't turn off it just stops playing music. I do have that SXRC remote hooked to my amp and if I change between one of the 4 memory presets on that then it will play again. I ran my constant power straight to the Batt with an inline fuse. I grounded the radio to metal behind the radio. The only thing I can think of is my ignition wire which runs to the fuse box. I tried several different places for this wire and it still does it. I am about ready to run the ignition wire off of the constant with a switch just to see if that works. I have no wires running under the drivers side seat that can be pinched....Does anyone know if there is a switch for something like the airbag that might be screwing with the voltage going to the radio via where I have my ignition wire.![]()
