DRL fuse removed shouldn't be causing the issue. Do a detailed visual check of all your light connectors (Headlight, tailight, and fuse box) and see if anything stand out. If not, find a wiring schematic, get a multi-meter, and try to track down where your short is.

If i take it too a place do u think they cud track the problem down?
