First off, shoot me. I'm in over my head.

Everything brand new. Pioneer tweeters, Pioneer 6.5" 3way speakers, Pioneer 3way 6x9s, Pioneer AppRadio 3 Hu, and a 1200w pioneer 4 way Amp. 100' of MonsterCable Speaker Wire. 20' of 2 gauge welding cable.

I watched my friends wire subs into my car once... In high school... 14 years ago...

I'm sticking with the factory Hu, no Amp, factory Speaker Wire until I can get a bezel mod figured out for the HU. What a pain.

So this will be my SOS thread...

Front doors. Do I cut the factory pigtails off and crimp the wires onto the 6.5 "? And crimp the Tweeter cable onto the same terminals?

Plus a double DIN doesn't fit without a modded dash.

i recommend soldering the new pig tails on for the speakers. its stronger and last for ever. oh and shrink tubes over the solder connections.

Scott, I would, and have the stuff to do it, but as soon as I get my HU upgraded, I'm gonna run new wire and install my amp.

as long as the long term set up is done right down the road the good old splice and tape should hold.

your saying theres no pig tails for the speakers? that sucks, on the up side you can solder the wires right to the tabs there.
