Box is awful for our cars. its best in a Hatch back and the amp unless they've changed their quality in 3 years( which i highly doubt) blows just after a year of having it and its only got a year warranty. lol kinda fishy for me. Got to Elemental design. Their selling a crazy 12 for 175. Can get a used amp to power it for 90 build you own box which is easy and you end up at the same price or slightly higher and a sub that will destroy those two any day of the week even if the elemental design sub is blown lol. heres the link for the sub.

    Elemental Designs.
Only problem is you can't run it at 1 ohm so ud have to find a pretty strong amp at 2 ohms. Kenwood is good quality for a inexpensive price.

I don't really wanna build my own box seein as how I don't know anything...I'm a total noob with this stuff. I just wanna buy everything but I don't have all that much money to buy with. Right now I have 2 Pioneer 6x9's, Pioneer 800watt amp, and a Pioneer deck. But I'm looking to buy new stuff cause I bought all this used.

Ok is the 800 watts max rating or RMS rating? I honestally recommend Elemental design to everyone cuz in my opinion you get the best bang for your buck from them. No middle man involved with them and they make a very good product. I had 1700 watts going to a 650 watt rated sub for just about a year before it blew. My stupid fault for doing that but ive got that sub to RMS now and it is more than enough for me.

Couple months back they were promoting this sub and had it in a package for 350. I know it sounds outrageously cheap but that's what it was. I can't find the E-mail as of now to make sure that was the price because 425 keeps popping into my mind too but im almost positive it was 350

you can also look into MA audio. Never heard or peronally seen anything negative with them. you can get them fairly cheap also. I'm running 2 -12in MA1200xl along with a Rockford T1001bd amp. Vented box.

I'm a big fan of Kicker but try MTX maybe? I dunno never owned any but i know their cheap and ALOT of people have MTX's ... my opnion just save, buy a speaker at a time when u have the money...if ur low on cash, i'd buy premium products one-at-a-time.

and defently get a vented box so u get all ur heavy bass
