All of the things you could need are
Bracket kit - Don't get one from an auto parts store... the one it says fits your vehicle is a universal one which you have to assemble yourself and looks dumb.
Butt connectors, electrical tape, and soldering iron with solder (soldering is optional)
Wire strippers
Wiring harness - Plugs into your factory radio wires (in the dash) and then you have to match the colors to the wires on your new radio and either use butt connectors and splice the wires together or solder them... I've personally never had trouble splicing wires together using butt connectors.
A little time and a beverage of your choice!
