I've seen a few with 2 18s, but never 4 15s. The room is there for sure, but it will be tight. I think I started with 22 cubes and after all was said and done I'm at 12.5 for my 2 18s.

Yea I know the room is there just gonna be a lot of work lol and I just had foot surgery on Wednesday so its gotta wait anyway. What is the most cost effective way to blacken the windows? Don't wanna spend the dough to tint them if there is another way about doing it. Thanx so far

Tape a trash bag to the window ? Only way I can see it being cheaper then actually tinting it. If all else fails and you don't want to pay to have tinted maybe buy the tint and do it yourself.

If your don't plan on selling the car or taking the wall out completely you can always paint the windows black. I've seen a lot of people do that with walls.

Or the new thing is plasti dip the windows.

I would have no problem paying for tint if it would be for passengers, but just to black it out for speakersI'd rather not pay the price or tinting. Didn't know if there was some type of paint or what. not that I could do on the inside of the windows. Maybe tinting would be the best option. Wasn't trying to seam like a cheap ass, just thought I could cut corners and you that money on making the system better. What's pricing on having the back 3 blacked out? Never had a vehicle done before so I have no clue. Is it something that is like 150-200 or is it way more than that? Thanx guys

Cost depends on the area. I can get a whole car professionally tinted for $125, some other places charge upwards of $300.

Also, if cops are tough in your area you are going to end up getting major hassle for and kind of super dark tint. 35% is max allowed in Illinois.

This. Don't be dumb either pay to have it tinted or tint it yourself or just deal without having tint. If you have money to spend making a wall for 4 15s then you have money to tint your back window. If not deal with the potential of someone breaking into your junk etc.

Plasti dip is a ton cheaper than tint, easier, and is completely safe. Noone will be able to see inside like they can with tint.

4 15's? Is the goal to lose hearing?

I bet you can get your rear window tinted for less then $100.

Go ahead and try the plasti dip route bet you'll get ticket right away. And if you go dark enough with your tint it"ll be hard to see through especially if you have dark interior.
