Hello, I am an owner of a 2008 Grand Prix Base. I want to make my car have an aux port. I know that an adapter is needed, (GM12-AUXV2, I believe its called?) But I'm having a real hard time finding one even on the internet or for a decent price for that matter. I have the radio that has XM also, which I've saw in a few people make a reference to it, saying its an even easier way? I'm somewhat clueless on this and I figure that maybe someone on here could give me some of their expertise on what my options are! Please and thank you!

I found this one, now since I have the 6 disc changer, I'm gonna need to plug this into the XM/satellite part of the radio right? Is this also right behind the head unit? Sorry for the noobish questions.

It goes into the factory stereo harness. You do have to splice in remote power, ground, etc.
