As long as its a double din radio it should fit right in. I had a 7 inch pioneer 4400 and that was a tight fit in my 98 regal gs. Crutchfield usually gives you instructions and mounting hardware for free (everything you need besides electrical tape and wire strippers).

I've been looking at those same Pioneer radios for my 04. Crutchfield says that they don't fit. I had a JVC with a 7" screen before that fit perfectly. Sonic electronix says the pioneer will fit.

I buy all my stuff from sonicelec. Im waiting on my pioneer 8400 from them so I can put it in my gxp. I have never had any issues with them on fitment and they are way cheaper on price depending on unit. I believe crutchfield is way over priced!

yup sonicelctonix is where its at, but i believe you need to mod the dash bezel a bit to get it to fit. I just installed a appradio 2 in a 05 monte. Not to much cutting but some was had.

Sonic is definitely the way to go. That's what I was wondering was if a little modification was needed to get these to fit. I think I'm gonna buy the 5500.
