Oh I've read up on it, and pretty sure its all compatible. I'm just hoping someone can explain it in idiot-terms.. which is what I need.

The Alpine deck should have the input for the swi jack. I am told the wireless one is junk though so don't go with that. I am going to be getting the 9886 model and the swi jack for my car as soon as I sell an old deck I have to help pay for it. I am not sure how it all wires up but I assume it's not too difficult.
