If you have a capacitor you run the main power to the cap then run two separate wires to the amps or get a power distribution block to separate the power.

honestly you only need a cap if your pulling 1500 watts from the stock charging system and your barely gonna be at that point after your highs amp

    6.5s rms 70 per set
    6x9s rms 80 per set

    that ****ty 2 channel lol

    at 2 ohms 190 watts

if you see where im going im trying to basically say this is bad cause its gonna see a even load of 2 ohms but power differential will be off.. i personally wouldnt do it but its not my money

im a little confused with the details on this amp... it says 60x 2 + 100x 2 at 4ohms so does that mean that two of the four go to 60watts and the other two go to 100 watts?

Correct.. the 6x9s would actually go onto the 100x2 and 6.5s would go onto the 60x2...

why i say go with the kenwood..

    built in fans
    damn good
    personal use
    great warranty
    look slick
eXcelon has nothing but good reviews..
take my word for it ive been doing installs for almost 10 years and im only 20 lol

all i touch is focal jl audio kenwood and sundown and fi

youll be happy if you go my route

a 2-ch amp is only run 2 speakers if you're getting 4 speakers go with the 4-ch amp.

ive always heard good things about kenwood so i think its a solid choice but im only 17 and ive had good experience with pioneer so i was going to stick with them. theyre a pretty well known solid brand at a decent price but i really do like this kenwood amp

you can run 8 gauge for the highs amp.. 8 guage is good up to 500 watts and youll prolly pull between 400-480 watts

also it said 4 gauge is the biggest you could use.. not what it called for..

do you know of any cheap but good 8 gauge 4 channel amp kits? i found this one on sonic electronics because thats where ive found my stuff at the cheapests (between there and amazon) and this is a 4 gauge kit for $30 but its not very high quality so its probably like 8 gauge actually
