I had problems with the mono block amp when i first got it, it came in a bundle with 2 12's, the damn thing kept getting hot and overheating. People telling me to turn the gain down, which made no bass at all which forced me to get a whole new "better" amp, which indeed is a class d 1500watt amp and that blew 2 of those crappy 12s that came into that bundle. Now having total new 12s (very good 12s at that) i have all this power with my amp tuned, i seemed to hear more bass then music itself (not complaining because i love it), which now im wanting to hook up this amp thats collecting dust up and use it for something.

Now using this mono block amp and adding it with my class d, wont it just overheat again? And if the gain has to be down, whats the point of hooking it up anyway?
