One thing I would check is your voltage after turning all your sound processing on. Turn your HU settings on how you normally listen to them and test again. Also, you want to root your amps RMS to the ohms of your speakers, not root your speakers RMS to the ohm of the speaker. And start the car, don't just turn to ACC. Also, if the tones annoy you, you can do this with the subs disconnected.
**EDIT: Nevermind, your amp is far more powerful than your subs can handle. Use the speaker to ohm square.
Op you should watch the gain setting, those subs wont handle that power...
