My radio won't turn on

So I have a 99 GT...When I got it, the stock radio didn't work. I put in an AM radio, and it didn't work either. I've checked all the fuses that I think it would be..What else could it be? Please help.

but really check and see if your getting power to the wire harness usuing a test light
