    ok so im getting this...

    2 kenwood KFC-W3514DVC subwoofers
    1 kenwood KAC-8104D amp

    my questions are..

whats the best way to wire these subs to this amp?

the amp has 2 sets of speaker terminals (+,+,-,-) so do i just wire the subs in a series and put the speaker wires in one set of terminals since the amp is not bridgeable?

and if i wire the subs together in a series, do i wire them inside the box then just have on set of wires coming out?

Well you are only going to get a 4ohm load out of that set up and that is 300watts RMS 1k watt is a joke. Maybe for a split second in a musical peak but that will only happen on a 2ohm load.

But you will wire + to + then + to + so all + are connected to one + output on amp Same thing with -

the line that looks like a pencil drew it is how the woofers are connected together. just look at the pic and it will become clearer.

You can run the wire like you have, but its better to tap the one line into the other like the diagram shows. Its not hard to tap the wiring and add in another length of wire to complete the diagram. Just use some sauter and electrical tape to seal off the tap and you are good to go.
