I have seen multiple threads about input adapters... but didn't really see a definitive answer...
Is there an adapter that works with the 6 disc, in dash, monsoon stereo in an 05 GP GT?
I have bottons for CD/AUX on the radio...
Thanks,
Ray

I too am looking for an option on adding aux to my radio. I researched this when I first got my 2005 car in 09 but never went any further than research. I have my Sirius adapter hooked up to my radio for my Stiletto, but would love to add the option of my Ipod without spending a ton on the man power to install it. I have no fear in pulling my dash apart myself, as long as I have the right parts. I've seen some aftermarket radios where you can plug in and control the Ipod from the radio, so I'm not sure if that can be replicated with just a wire. Sorry, I don't have a solution, but feel your pain :/
P.I.E Aux Input Adapter For GM Connect a portable music player, satellite radio tuner, or DVD player to your factory GM receiver (Model GM12-AUXv2) at Crutchfield.com
That should work, but double check. Since they are out of stock you'll have to find one somewhere else, but that website can at least confirm the fit.
Before I found Crutchfield I tried doing this myself, but I eventually just bought a new stereo with aux inputs and an ipod hookup.
You can use this as a bluetooth & stream music from you phone..
