Hi all. I'm having a problem figuring out how to install my pioneer head unit. I wired the harness, but when plugged into the factory plug, there is no power to the unit. Am I missing something? No onstar, monsoon, or etc..just the basics.

    thanks

You need to run your power wire to the sunroof fuse on the passenger door side. The stocker is a 6 volt, the Pioneer is a 12 volt.

That's what I did: ran the power from the sunroof fuse to the head unit. Powered right up. The date doesn't stay on the info center, but I imagine that has something to do with the stock head unit. Thanks a bunch!!
