Hi im new here and well there is a question ive been needing an answer to for the past week. I got a 07 GP and its a base/SE and i got those big turn signal/parking lights and well my bro and i wanted it to be bright to match are 8k HIDs on the headlights. ive looked through Amazon.com and found these Turn/fog/park lights that say it fits on our 07 GP. how will this be plugged in to our car and will it work? my guess is it will run with the same way with my headlights? i also have checked and we do have a fuse for the fogs but no fogs. Also when we took out our headlights and looked inside behind where the grill is we found an extra plug that was all by itself and had a green rubber tip. what is that for?

Hope i get more answers here

The green plug is for the Outside temperature sensor if you would have had a 5 button dic.

Most of the wiring should be inplace for the fogs except for the very front including the connectors for the fog lights.
To hook em up just like it would have come out of factory you would also need the signal light switch with the fog switch on it as well as a bcm program...Some people who dont care about having everything like factory just wire the fogs to the low beam circuit on each side and some may hook up a standalone switch with a relay setup.

oh that explains the green wire thanks, hmm i would just want to hook em up to the low beam circuit but how will that work. Also i think i forgot to mention that the ones i saw in amazon.com has the lamp with a turn signal on top half and fog on bottom half, and both are connected to one plug that will connect to the car so how will that work and is it possible? people said that all the GPs should have came with fogs but mine didnt. heres a link to that fog lamp so you guys got a picture of what im talking about. If you go to the link it wont show the back pic but ive found a bunch that shown me the back i forgot where i saw it but that wire you see is connected together from both the fog and turn signal bulb into one plug

Amazon.com: Pontiac Grand Prix (Base,GT,GTP) Replacement Fog Light Assembly - 1-Pair: Automotive
