Never posted it here. Finished it a few months ago. But noticed someone was asking about it so thought I would post it. Any questions let me know. Most LED's are 5mm Flat tops, unsure on the resistors I used, a friend helped me out. The DIC was done with 3x 5 wide SMD flat bulbs and siliconed in place to keep them from moving around. Little difficult but it works. Still have to find a new deck, undecided on what brand to go with. I love Alpine but really don't want to spend the money on a new one right now, just need all blue one. Also need to find a Blue Aeroforce yet as well, mine is red but can't seem to find anyone with a blue one who will trade.

Looks good, but your HVAC and radio need some work to match.

HVAC can't be done. I've tried. And even sent it to someone who has been doing stuff like this for 20+ years and he failed as well. Can't seem to be done. Read what i said about the radio.

well done,. but yeah Jake, the HVAC cannot be changed, the bulbs are white but the overlay is so complicated you cant take the red off like the dic/speedo.

when i had my 99 i had experimented with the idea of scanning the overlay and having a new one printed out.. only way i had thought about it.

There aren't any LED strips lol. They are all 5mm SINGLE LED's all soldered in into each switch, and then 194 5 WIDE Bulbs in the cluster. Same with the DIC but a special bulbs, i don't remember what those were called but they weren't cheap.
