I figured I'll take the time to answer my own question being that no one else wanted to (other than 19gtp97) and its a fairly common question that goes unanswered... It was the 10amp fuse under the hood labeled radio. I initially was looking in the glove compartment. It wasn't until I looked at the under hood fuse block diagram, and I still didn't see anything specific to the DIC. Then I noticed radio/security, and being as the FOB went out at the same time, I put two and two together. I never suspected the radio fuse because the day I installed the HU, I reinstall the factory radio thinking the DIC was wired in conjunction to the radio, but no dice. The radio worked (strangely), but it was in security mode. I would've never suspected the radio fuse had I not noticed its combined with security/FOB considering I wired the HU directly to the batt. This also fixed the magsteer and ABS . I still cant see how all this runs off a 10amp fuse, or why the hell it was under the hood. Hope this helps others.
