Your current kit will work, just get 9006 bulbs for your car.

You don't need any of the extra things that are offered. HID harness is optional, but not needed to run them.

Your DRL's on your 04 are you parking lights/turn signals. So, you won't need to disable DRL's on your car.

880 is the kit you need for fog lights and all that is needed is ballasts and bulbs.
