Im thinking its one of three things

    1. Bad head unit
    2. Remote line from your head unit to your amp has a short
    3. A bad speaker

I would just connect the power and ground ( Yellow, red and black wires )to the head unit and see if it still blows fuses. That will eliminate 2 and 3 and point you to #1, if the fuse pops. If it doesnt pop, connect the remote line and check to see if the fuse blows. If it doesnt, connect one speaker at a time and check for the blown fuse.

**Edit: Is the amp for the highs and mids....or subs?

03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.

Well since the amp is powering just the rear speakers, you will only have the fronts to test for shorts. I still think your amp turn on wire is grounding somewhere. Just start with the red, yellow and black wires connected and work your way forward.

the problem was the remote wire was hit, we musta hit it when we put back the door sill to remove the power wire. i just ran speaker wire for it now tho. the alternator noise is bad tho. theres another noise in the background oo idk what it is tho nut a capaciter well clean both of those up right?

No a capacitor wont help. Is the noise coming from just the amplified speakers? If so, I'd redo your amps ground.
