So I'm putting in my after market speakers from my old car finally. The speakers are 6 1/2's but they wont fit in the plastic bracket thing that bolts onto the door. what do i do. cut the bracket to allow the speaker to fit? Anyone ever replace their door speakers and come across this problem

You can always make a baffle for the speaker out of a cutting board

No two ears are the same

I can pick out every detail and where it comes from in my car. Bothers me sometimes. I can hear the difference in an install too. But in the end it's all about you!! Audio is an EXTREMELY personal thing. Glad it worked out :>
