highs with fogs:
Locate two relays under the hood, Relay 17 & 11. Note their orientation. Take them out, cut pin 85 off from relay #17. Leave just enough of the stump to solder a 26-22AWG wire to it. Solder the other end to the base of pin 86 on relay #11. Reinstall the relays under the hood, EXACTLY the way you found them. Then for the fog/ driving lamp switch, remove it and you may either disassemble it and MOVE the lead of the indicator lamp from the bottom right to the upper right pin OR remove both bulbs and replace with LEDs. The cathode (-) side of the LEDs go to the upper right pin. The resistors are ~670k, 1/4watt. Use whatever colors you want. Stock would be orange/red on the left and amber/yellow on the right.

or instead of modding the switch you may cut the Green wire going to the switch and spice the green wire coming from the switch to the brown wire (i cant remember exactly, i will take a look tomorrow at what i did though to confirm)

DRL fogs:
i used back in black's method,

unhook your battery, unplug the DRL diode (on the driver's side of the dash in the little pannel on the side when you open the door, you'll see something like this with 2 wire coming out of it (blue and tan)

instead of keeping it unplugged, i cut the tan wire and continued coming from the plug, did what backnblack did, then plugged in the blue and tan/continued wire into the DRL diode to be safe and still keep it stock-ish
works like a charm

this is backnblack's page: BACKINBLACK's Grand Prix electrical mods page...

im sure it will come in handy for you
