My car doesn't have controls on the steering wheel, can I add them?
Does removing the spare count as weight reduction?

year?..regardless of year you should be able to just put in a new steering wheel and clockspring...not sure on wiring though.....honestly might just be easier to put in a whole steering column if your an 04+ since the ignition isnt on the steering column

no clue since iv never done it....basically without ever taking one out all i can tell you is remove the knee panel, theres probably two bolts that hold it up on a brace under the dash and probably 3 or 4 bolts that hold it to the firewall...then a bolt that holds it to the steering shaft in the engine bay....dont forget the wiring harnesses either..thats about all i can tell you
