    Sort of both. Instead of the normal position of the deck on top I inverted it and cut out the little map cubby hole and mounted the EQ in its place. I really wanted a 1 1/2 din pioneer. But this HU combo rocks way better.

    Mad Monkey, That is a good tutorial. I also used it for reference. But you're right. Practically all the wires match up perfectly. Its the others you have to be particular with and correct to get the thing functioning properly. Good luck.

    can you post up the wiring info? i have a 98 with analog and i want to upgrade to the digital also. what year is the digital DIC you installed?
