Okay, so i washed my car today and the battery died because i had the doors open and it started but it took it a while. when it did i drove it to charge the battery and noticed the TCS light was on and woulnt turn off and when i touched the brake at all the tach would drop to zero and now it doesnt work at all except it will come on for like 2 seconds just jumping up and down. the car didnt throw any codes or anything so i dont know whats up with it.

    PLEASE HELP!!

your battery shouldnt die from having your car door open. did it take 8 hours to wash your car or something? besides the interior lights shut off automatically after 15mins i think. you most likely have a bad battery, bad alternator, or bad wiring (check grounds).

i had the stereo on for a few hours.
i have looked around and the only things i can find would be a bad crank position sensor. (but the car does not stall)
or wires are touching the A/C accumulator mounting ring. (but i dont know what that is.) so any help on either would be awesome.

water and electronics do not mix. if you wash your motor you need to cover all the major electronics. i lost an optispark in my 94 z28 by doing that, $500 mistake (back then).
