any one have an idea whats up with my car?

recently ive noticed that after longer drives my tcs off light will go on. ( i cant turn it off at this point)

and everytime this happens my tach lies down and wont move.

they happen at the same time and usualy after 40 mins or more of driving.

share your knowlege, i dont want to fall into electrical problems.

how does the TCS shutting off mean your CPS is going/gone?

CPS usually means irratic tach and difficulty in the engine running.

no, a crank sensor will set your tsc off as well as your abs. your tach dying is a dead give away of it being a crank sensor.

its not a super hard fix, but it requires you to pull the balancer off. which depending on if you have a big impact may be a problem.

impact wrench. if you dont know what it is, you cant change a crank sensor yourself.
