I just got my hid's installed about a month ago and they look great. The problem that I am having that the fog lights(893 hid) seems to be melting the lens. Does anybody have this problem? Yes the fog light assy are stock ones. Where can I get fogs that will not melt? Thanks for the help guys.

One of these times this will go thru..

AutoTecknic Universal Projector Fog Lights - P6

It's a beast of a light, glass lens, ChrisZilla has them over at the other forum, quite a light show. Only problem is mounting them, with them heavy don't think mounting like stock will support them. I'm going to try mounting them from the top using their mount. Should work...

Size is 4", I'll see if I can post a picture of Chris's setup. The halo's are white with a very slight blue tint...

Here is his link of a nighttime photoshoot... Hope I don't get in trouble for this..

My friend has these, nice lights. The halo ring burned out, they got wet.

I'll pick up a set when I get the cash.

I have the same fog lights. I did mount them different than chriszilla, by cutting the projector braket in half and screwing them to the factory braket. on the factory braket I did have to cut out a section on top so i can gave the ability to adjust the light up or down. I did us lock tight on the screws and nut were they are screwed on to the factory braket and them i just hand tightend the screws were the projector bracket are tightened to the projector itself.

Your right, They do stick out a lil more but not too bad I guess. I would have painted the sides of them red to try to blend them a lil more. Thanks for the info.
