How thinks it's a good idea to put subwoofers in my car. The only reason I don't want to is because my last car burned to the ground because of the stearo. If I get a new 1 all I'm going to have is 1 12 inch dd audio 9500.

fuses are your friend, they will stop those lil mishaps were cars start on fire because of stereos. Also drill a hole threw the fire wall for the power wire going threw door jams is all kinds of bad esspesially if you dont use a fuse.

I had 2 250 amp fuses 1 going to the battery under the hood and another going to the battery in the trunk. The thing that caused the fire was a freak spark from 1 of the amps

do it. i run a single infinity 12 in an it kicks some major @$$. Theres a grommet in the passenger side floor thats alot easier to run through than the drivers side one cause it uses up less wire cause u dont have to run it all the way across to the drivers side. Just pull back the carpet an its right there plain as day. poke a hole in it, fish ur wire, an ur good to go.
