Thread: Interior lights replaced with LED's - WOW what a difference

Are the LEDs as simple as just replacing the blub or is there other stuff needed to be done?

yep, replacing the bulb for interior lights. as far as changing the color of ur shifter and window buttons etc...sodering involved

I ordered the interior lights from Diode Dynamics too. Can't wait for that stuff to get here... They didn't give me a usps tracking # though so I'm like a blind man playing memory right now. Not a clue what to expect. haha

Its totally easy. They go in one of two ways. The polarity thing is key. Obviously if you put the bulb in and they dont light up, its backwards, simply pull the bulb out and flip it. Problem solved

The only thing on his list of goodies I didnt see that I need is my slim bar 3 or 4 micro LEDs that fit under my door handles. I had them on my old GT. I loved me. Made a nice accent to the car, but not overly rice-ish either.

my wife said mine came in the mail but due to flight complications, i'm still in iraq
