Thread: Can I replace the steering wheel?

yup, Im in the process of doing that on my 04 as soon as I can find the parts at a reasonable price.

You need the wheel obviously,
Airbag clockspring with radio controls p/n: 26097600
And also you need a short wiring harness, this is about 1 foot long where the cruise portion of the clockspring plugs into under the dash and goes to the main body harness. This is kinda like an adapter one for cruise only, and another for cruise and radio controls, everything else in the vehicle is the same. (you dont need this wire if you dont mind splicing but I prefer this personally).

Have you finished the project yet? I have access to a 08 GP that was totaled...which has the all the parts I need! The airbag has been deployed but who cares since I have one in my car that is fine. It is a pick & pull yard and I have someone to help me pull the wheel but I was wondering if I can pull the clockspring?
