    so picked up a 2001 grand prix gtp for a donor car and owner lost the keys it can start with screwdriver because they drilled the lock cylinder some any way I can get that out so I can put a new one in so the car wont shut off due to security system

    You can replace the ignition cyl if you want. But if it’s just a donor car, I’d just rig a kill switch to kill the battery power.

    if its a parts car why you care? un hook the battery, it will stall out.

    98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

    im sorry but why is that just trying to get some help ik you can get the lock cylinder out using old key and put a thing in the hole but with some of it drilled out I cant

    Sparky's Answers - 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix, Changing The Ignition Switch this is how you remove the cylinder, ( it must turn to run) once its out you can just turn the knob the gear turns on the ignition harness i bet to turn it off and on.
