Lucky lol. My car takes the yellow/green wire on pin 14.I bought a stereo that had the 1/8" plug, so plug-n-play for me.

I was able to confirm a lot of my wiring. The factory radio makes use of a second harness with a pink wire that apparently switches on the amp (Labeled "REMOTE" on the wiring diagram). This is hooked up to the blue/white wire on my radio (It was like this when I got the car, but now I understand why). I don't know why the poster in that thread mentions splicing the pink wire into the "red ignition/switch wire".
Now another question: according to the wiring, pin 3 is a "power antenna", however there is no wire going into this pin from the car. I'm thinking that function is one of the other wires on the second harness. I would imagine the blue/white trigger wire from the radio would turn that on too. Is there any way to test which wire would control that? Maybe splice that wire and the pink so when the amp is turned on so is the antenna? My radio reception has always been really bad.
