My best sound deadening jobs fall into a time window where most of my pics were lost to a HDD failure. Looks like silver stuff stuck all over the place.

IMO, lots of folks tend to overkill sound deadening and use an overly expensive shotgun approach, covering every inch of everything. I believe strategic placement can yield similar results using much less product. Found a few pics of when I was doing the dash area of a 67 Chevy.
