Ok. I know that we don't have a ton of LS4 traffic here, but hopefully there is enough to catch some input.

As you know, when it comes to turbo LS4 cars there is currently only one game in town. I want to change that. I have a general idea for a quality kit, placement and components...but I would like to hear from you guys. Considering the current offerings for the market, what would you like to see different?

Few key things I am considering (transmission issues aside)...

-Returnless fuel system is a limiting factor in power production that is often overlooked
-Stock manifolds aren't necessarily bad...however I would like to provide replacement manifolds that have been v-banded and get away from the 3-bolt flanges. Would the added labor of replacing the manifolds deter you from purchasing?
-How complete of a kit is everyone looking for? Are we talking whole 9 yards? (injectors, gaskets, fuel system, etc etc), or just the turbo hardware (hot side/ cold side). Or just offer both?
-How much power would the majority of you like to see from your kits?

The questions above will at least get us started. So lets hear it. Thoughts, suggestions, input....

If someone offered a piece by piece...that'd be the best deal for everyone like if you want a intercooler you have all the bends necessary. Definitely some turbo logs would be awesome. I can't stand cartunings solution for the waste gate. The fuel system well you can gut the stock canister as long as your return pumps into the part where the fuel pressure regulator used to go it'll maintain a full bucket no matter what but thas another deal. The rest can easily be modified to run -8. Just a pain in the ass keeping that lime nice and safe under the car.
All in all we know it's easy to make stupid Power on these motors but we keep coming back to the damn transmission.

    Which is why I'm sure he's building a 4T80.

And why I built my trans when I got the car.

And am still running a massive cooler with the car being tuned. No more weak link for what most people would want.

    Dave does work.

I could see a lot of people purchasing a 4T80 conversion if it was available. having to fully build a 4T65E in order to put 500 hp at the wheels is a large deterrent to people wanting to make that much power.

Should be a selling feature to have a kit that gets rid of the crappy stock rear manifold.

-How complete of a kit is everyone looking for? Are we talking whole 9 yards? (injectors, gaskets, fuel system, etc etc), or just the turbo hardware (hot side/ cold side). Or just offer both?
Offer a complete kit and let people contact you for custom purchases, let them know you're open to it and email you to discuss.

-How much power would the majority of you like to see from your kits?
I doubt you'll get the majority of your buyers looking for 600-700whp. 500whp is likely the magic number. I'd want something that spools quick.
