I dont really think it was that stupid of a question. I dont work on cars and never have so figuring out how to get stuff out and what not properly is tricky. You guys are talking **** for no reason. I'm not sure who you were trying to take a stab at with this post, no one on here thinks they are an "elitist" nor do most think they are superior on this forum. You were told on page 1 of your post how to do it and even told the exact socket size and the fact that you need an extension for the socket. You then disregarded that information and were looking for an alternate method instead of going to walmart to get a $10 socket set so you could do it right and be done with it. You could have even taken the suggestion of going to Autozone or a similiar store and having it installed for free and/or be sold the tools you need and instructed by someone on how to do it.

To be honest, you started the bashing by saying "You don't know how to take this battery out, you don't even have a GXP". That was uncalled for, you don't know what other knowledge others may or may not have, for all you know he could be a mechanic. Most of us don't only know how to work on our own Grand Prixs.
