    because the cat isnt the problem. The Down pipe is before the cat. its where the exhaust system flows from the exhaust manifolds into the begining of the exhaust system.

    OH ok that makes sence. Why is the hogan so much better then? And will the hogan fit on the Doug thorley headers?

    Thorley headers come with a DP to bolt to your catback. The HP DP is the best DP you can buy those the LS4 cars...too bad that the LS4 cars have about 7% more aftermarket support than a 1.8 Nissan Sentra

    view the down pipe as the collector but for eight cyclinders at once. Makes it very important that it flows good.

    I heard one the other day, sounded like it had straight pipes with cannons on it. I'm not a fan. I personally go for something like borla or magnaflow, throaty, rumbly but not just flat loud...
    good info...
    Anyone have experience in fitment? Someone said they don't make them for the GXP but they do for the GTP, will that work?

    And as far as back pressure is concerned, chevrolet engines typically do not need much in the way of back pressure. Fords like a little more, but even then, it's negledgable...

    the dual chamber flowmasters sounded rumbly and good but just wasnt loud enough for me.
