So I've now read through the whole thread and came to the conclusion that OP is a frickin moron who refuses to be educated and cannot read basic automotive terms. Never should he/she EVER open their own hood and do anything. Drive straight to the shop. ALWAYS drive straight to a shop OP. What a disaster this thread turned out to be and all because the OP is a jack wagon with an attitude.

and so that this post makes sense to Hurricane....OP = Original Poster.....Hurricane, that is you. You are the OP I'm referring to
    1999 GTP...stock for now
    2007 Suburban...far from stock
1991 GMC Dually...74k original miles. Work in progress. Far from done.
1977 C-10 (my baby)...too many mods to list

Hurricane, you act like the name you chose. For the record, I stopped replying to your posts long ago based on your perceived attitude and how you wrote responses to people attempting to help you.

    Enjoy your LB1 issue.

Sadly, OP hasn't been back for a few days. Maybe he's busy reading up on super technical automotive lingo like "intake tube" and "oil dipstick"

I'm happy to have provided so much amusement for all of you, just because I only speak English. For the record, the codes disappeared on their own and haven't reappeared. All I did was change the sperk plugs on the rear bank and not return to Wawa for gas. So, no vacuum leaks, just ****ty gas.

I don't need to research what a dipstick is. You're quite visible.

And BTW, I was busy habing heart bypass surgery. There is nothing "technical" about requesting responses in comprehensible English.

A defective O2 sensore heater will trip an oxygen sensor code, but a lean condition will not. That does not mean that the sensor is good, however. I finally broke down and bought a decent scan tool that can do fuel trims and monitor O2 sensor activity. If the fuel trims improve when idle is raised to 2,000+ rpm, suspect a vaccum leak. If they remain about the same, suspect a malfunctioning O2 sensor. In normal operation, the O2 sensor will fluctuated between ~200 to 800 millivolts. Raising idle should cause it to go rich until the idle is reduced, when it should return quickly to normal. You could also try removing the sensor and cleaning the carbon with carb cleaner if you feel lucky. Glad to hear it cleared by itself. Maybe good gas and an "Italian Tuneup" was all that was necessary. I am sorry to hear of your heart problems. I have been "mechanic free" for the last 25 years. Learning and gaining knowledge is the key to remain that way.

Thanks for reviving this one I enjoyed reading it AGAIN.

I'm pretty sure op's intentions was to purposely misspell words to poke fun at the posters. My personal favorite was "sperk plugs"
