    Found the problem, the thin rubber gasket between the SC and spacer was mangled, amazed it wasn't leaking from the beginning. Forgot to grab a pic before I closed up, will get one tmw. Anybody want a free spacer with studs?

    Gasket on the left was between the spacer and the SC housing, surprisingly that's the corner that was leaking

    Found M6x1.0x37mm studs at the local Napa, that is the OEM size for the throttle body. I thought about ising bolts but much easier to position gasket on studs first.

    Decided to change all belts and hoses too....cursing the gm assembly tech thay positioned those clamps. All good and back on the road!

    FYI - heated throttle body spacer is to prevent throttle plate icing. Icing can prevent throttle plate from closing.
