Bought a new under hood fuse box from the junkyard today. it seems to have fixed the non-starting/clicking when touching the ignition relay issue.
Now I am on to the prnd indicator issue. Also bought a new shift lever assembly. installed it, the car does the exact same thing. I think have narrowed it down to something in the ignition switch itself. I have separated the switch from the steering column, and even when rotating it with a screw driver, the P indicator only comes on when I turn it 1 click forward. When moving any bit past that towards the start postion, it goes out. I have the switch completely dissasembled and cleaned, now I just need to get it re-assembled properly. its a pain with the spring and all the little metal tabs.
