I installed a cai on my 97 gtp. However it doesn't seem to be running as well now. Scanning it doesn't seem to show anything out of the ordinary though. Any ideas?

You probably broke a vac line or forgot to plug something back in.

Here is a vac diagram so you know where the lines are and where they go to. Don't pay attention to the line that says to trans, I am not aware of any 97 GTP with a vacuum actuated trans.

All of the vacuum lines seem to be in order. The boost gauge doesn't fill but 3/4 under about 4000rpm. It jusy seems to be lacking low end power

You most likely broke a vac line. Spray around the vac lines with some carb cleaner.

I'm not seeing any leaks but I'll try again when I have more time. Any other suggestions?

Double check your wiring, make sure nothing is broke.
