So i just replaced the head gaskets, LIM gaskets, aluminum coolant elbows with new orings, new Rad, and new upper and lower Rad hos, along with a bunch of other things.
started the car up, and its spraying coolant from the belt. I cant figure out where its leaking from. its not dripping on the floor when its off. There is a LOT of coolant coming off.
    any ideas?

water pumps are odd, some times they will leak, some time they dont. like yours may stop leaking tomorrow for no reason. may only leak once the car is off too.

theres a weep hole under the snout of the pump, with a flash light and a mirror on a stick you can see if its wet.

on the up side they are cheap and easy enough to change.

the pulley will move pretty easy when its bad, your standing at the pass fender, then grab the pulley by the sides, push one side to the engine, the other side pull to you, then the other way, you'll feel it move.

I didn't get much play with the belt on when I checked mine, but once the belt was off the play was very apparent.

It is most likely the timing cover. I had coolant slowly coming out of my car for a few days on the driveway and thought nothing of it. Went over to my gf's and my thermostat was going crazy, on the way home my car started smokin, when I got home and finally opened the hood there was coolant everywhere, all over the motor mounts and the seep belt, it was a major disaster. I brought it to one of my mechanic buddies and it was a bad timing cover, and he also replaced the thermostat because it was a pretty cheap part. In the end it cost me about 672.00 to get the timing cover fixed, due to it being hidden away, he had to remove half of the engine to get to it which was a lot in labor.
