Ok this is kind of a stupid question. But im trying to narrow this problem down before I go replacing a bunch of things.. When I hit bumps and go down crappy roads my front end sounds really loose..the noise is really annoying and sounds like the tires are loose ha its hard to explain but you can feel it in the pedals and the steering wheel. Im thinking struts maybe?? Or tie rods?? Just need somewhere to start!

worn struts mounts, worn control arm bushings, bad hub, broken end links, etc. Jack up the car and start inspecting.

Glad to help. Tire may be out of balance or out of round.
