    i tested my injectors and three of them are not working and yeah it did that, I'll replacing all injectors and going from there

    if its popping out the intake thats almost always a ignition issue. like plug wires being on wrong.

    Okay so my brother hasnt been free yet, so i tested spark, checked the lines... Again. Both are in working order, i noticed a leaky fuel pressure relief valve, not the regulator.

    Found the problem, due to a slight variation between harmonic balancers my new one rubbed on the crank sensor causing the timing to be incorrect, after some adjustments everything ran fine
