Temp sensor under thermostat is a guess.

I assume it's on the front half of the engine wire harness.

That connector appears to be yellow. Does the wire have a yellow shroud? Yellow means part of the SIR (airbags) system. But I must confess I don't know where the front impact sensor(s) are located of if these rigs even use one up there. If so, you might find it tucked into the underside of the upper core support or along the lower unibody rail. I went and flashlighted my GTP briefly and didn't see it. So no help but yellow means airbags. Guessing thats the pigtail coming from the big harness over the rad? Can't see the wire going to the plug.

theres no crash sensors in the front of the car. its under the pass side seat and carpet, (matt) you'll need a new one when you fix your airbags.

that plug looks short, maybe to the fans? or the side of the rad to the low coolant sensor? need another pic of how long the wire is and where its coming from. like what part of the cars harness does it come from.

Thats what I thought too, on GPs.

    ...as if I'm gonna!

Not sure what year our hero has, but on my 99 it looks like nothing mentioned here yet. Wondering if its on the engine harness or body side. Maybe the harness is from a different model where that plug doesn't belong, IDK.

Sure looks like the oil pressure sending unit plug to me, by the oil filter. You already got that hooked up?

I'll second this, because I know that brown tab on that harness goes over one of the thermostat bolts so it has to be *right* there.
